Mission

Arma Lucis, "Armor of Light" in Latin, is a clothing company offering everyday clothing that shares the Good News brought forth by Christ and the teachings of the Catholic Church.

Company Overview

Arma Lucis is committed to designing clothing that empowers Christians to spread the Gospel as instructed by God in Matthew 28:19 in the Great Commission.

Our mission is also to empower Catholic Christians to spread and clarify the teachings of the Catholic Church as Christ promised that the gates of Hades will not prevail against it; Matthew 16:18-19.

As the world turns more secular daily by removing God from all aspects of life, it is not only our calling but our obligation to spread the Gospel. To non-believers, we hope to share the Good News of our Lord. To non-Catholic Christians, we hope to clarify the teachings of the Catholic Church which are often misunderstood and separate us; we have more in common that unites us.

Our Inspriation

Inspired by St. Paul's epistle to the Romans 13:12: "The night is advanced, the day is at hand. Let us then throw off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light."

Who We Are

We are lay Catholic men and women who are inspired to convey her teachings.

Catholics only? Absolutely not. We have found that many non-Catholic Christians also appreciate the message we are bringing to the world. Our focus:

  • We wish to spread, not withhold, the Good News Christ brought

  • We wish to defend, not impose, the teachings of the Church

  • We wish to unite, not divide, the Body of Christ.

To us, all that put on Armor of Light declare Christ as the only begotten Son of God who was made flesh to die for our sins.

Design

Arma Lucis focuses on designs that are thought provoking, our hope is that the semi-obscure message would initiate conversations with others about Christianity and Catholicism. The designs and colors are generally simple in nature to embrace the Christian message of humility.
