​How Do I Place An Order?​

Please e-mail us at support@armalucis.com for information while we work on restoring our online shopping cart. 

Payment & Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All items are subject to availability. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. It is possible that your order may take a few days to fulfill, however, we will notify you if we do encounter such issue. All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. In order to ensure you receive our shipping status emails, please add support@armalucis.com to your address book. Shipping fees are based on the total merchandise cost and the shipping method you choose.



Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. It is possible that your order may take a few days to fulfill, however, we will notify you if we do encounter such issue. All credit card payments will be processed by our vendor 2Checkout. We do not store your credit card information under any circumstances, all credit card information are sent directly to our vendor for processing. Special pricing and promotions are subject to product availability and do not apply to previous purchases.



Returns & Refunds

We understand that purchasing clothes and apparel online can be intimidating since you cannot actually try on the items before buying them. For this reason, we are more than happy to refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations within 30 days of original purchase date.Items purchased on ArmaLucis.com cannot be exchanged at retail locations that carry our products. You can also choose to return your order for an exchange, refund or store credit by emailing us at support@armalucis.com. Please return the item in a re-sellable, unwashed, unused condition along with the original packaging and tags.
